Sharma & Co. is an independent practice of business recovery and insolvency specialists with many years experience. Situation

Sharma and Co became a client of Microtradings in 2003, since first establishing the relationship we have helped them move offices successfully on two separate occasions. Alongside this we also provide a total support package.

In 2009, Sharma and Co had decided they wanted to improve there systems capability and functionality further, this was due to restraints which had been inhibiting the system. Sharma & Co realised that their system was failing to keep up with the company growth and was running on low capacity. Due to data being so important within the company they wanted to ensure that there system was running as smoothly as possible and that there data was secure.

Microtrading advised them that a new server was required in order to expand the storage capacity and functionality of the system. We also suggested adopting our new BackUp and Disaster Recovery (BDR) solution in order to reduce the risk of data loss.

Results

The implementation and replacement server solution has added performance to Sharma & Co's IT system. It has provided them with the latest Microsoft Server Functionality and Increased Storage capacity. This additional capability has allowed Sharma & Co to adopt our new BDR solution, providing full backup capabilities with both onsite and offsite storage.

Future Partnership

Sharma & Co are interested in developing a new software licensing strategy which they have begun developing with Microtrading. They also intend on upgrading their workstations and are considering a possible database replacement project.
