Microtrading's comprehensive hardware support service provides you with the benefit of support and assistance on any hardware problems you encounter. On first contact, we are able to run remote diagnostics to ascertain your problem and quickly identify the best way to fix the issue.

In the event that the problem cannot be resolved remotely, one of our engineers will attend on-site within eight working hours, usually much less. We also offer a four hour on-site response service for mission critical hardware. This all-inclusive support service includes all parts and labour necessary to get you back up and working again and we will even attempt to provide you with loan equipment, at no additional cost, to minimise any disruption to your business operation. Whether it's a server, backup system, PC or any other hardware peripheral, we do not place a limit on the number of calls that you can make and the service is provided for a fixed fee which can be paid monthly by direct debit if preferred.
