Tailored Packages

Ideally suited for those businesses that don't have an internal IT department, we leave you in no doubt about the functionality and reliability of your computer system. You will be provided with a named support engineer who will visit you on-site at an agreed frequential basis to assist, maintain and plan for future development of your system, alongside group or one-on-one training sessions. Each of the three packages differs in only the regularity of the visit with Gold every month, Silver every two months and Bronze every three months. Each of these are then available in two options, being 'Lite' and 'Full'. 'Lite' encompasses half day visits and 'Full' giving you a whole day with one of our engineers on-site. Our customers who utilise this service benefit from prolonged maximum system functionality and reduced downtime as well as generating employee confidence to go about day-to-day tasks without any uncertainties over their IT systems.
