Who should apply? An exciting role has arisen for a highly motivated and intelligent individual to fulfill an internal marketing position in our company. This role is ideal for the candidate that has some experience, excellent initiative, a good business head and an innovative and artistic approach to using modern methods to effective marketing communication. This position is aimed specifically at someone that prefers to work flexible hours and finds a balance between personal and business life. Twenty hours a week, Monday to Friday and between the hours of 10am and 3pm are the guidelines.
What will I be doing? You will be responsible for creating and establishing a permanent role that, using modern technology, promotes our company to a cross section of all industries. This will involve creating newsletters, e-shots and adding attractive messages and images to our website to promote our products and services. Management of our existing and future client database to maximise opportunities for client contact.

Sales person job details

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, be highly motivated and driven by success. In order to fulfil this role a proven sales track record within the industry is required demonstrating experience of selling hardware, software (including business financial management and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions), services and support into small to medium sized businesses based in the Midlands.
What will I be doing? Your primary focus will be to generate new business opportunities through a variety of sales and marketing activities including; one to one meetings, group presentations, telemarketing and customer referral programs. The successful candidate will also be involved in managing the continued growth and development of their customer base.
Will I be trained? Microtrading are certified Pegasus, ProspectSoft CRM, McAfee and Microsoft partners. Whilst the candidate we are looking for should have some relevant experience of our products, our commitment to be at the leading edge of our field involves a continuous training and review programme.

Support technician job details
Who should apply? The successful candidate should have a minimum of 12 months knowledge and experience of Accounting Principals and Procedures, preferably with Pegasus Opera II accounts software. A good understanding and practical experience of CRM systems is required, preferably using Prospectsoft CRM software, and experience of general computer networking skills. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and be friendly, confident, enthusiastic and well presented.
What will I be doing? The role involves supporting our existing customers via telephone, remotely and on-site. The successful candidate will also be involved in the total solution delivery process, including planning, delivery, implementation and training of our products.
Will I be trained? We are certified Pegasus, ProspectSoft CRM, McAfee and Microsoft partners. Whilst the candidate we are looking for should have some relevant experience of our products, our commitment to be at the leading edge of our field involves a continuous training and review programme.
