Applications Consultant - £23,000 to £26,000 per annum

Microtrading is a leading IT Solutions and Support company based in Birmingham. We are currently seeking an Applications Support Analyst to offer them an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team asap. We are looking for an individual that is able to plan, configure, install and 2nd line support a range of solutions including CRM, E-Marketing, E-Commerce and Web Content Management solutions.

The applicant must have the following essential requirements:-

• Strong Business processes understanding
• Experience with planning and implementing CRM solutions
• A good understanding of Web Content Management Solutions and general Web technologies
• Strong all-round IT technical skills
• Strong Troubleshooting skills
• Good SQL and Report Writing experience
• Experience working within a support environment.



Desirable requirements are:-

• Experience with planning and implementing Prospectsoft CRM
• Experience with E-Commerce solutions

 

The role:

To be responsible for planning and implementing projects based around the CRM, E-Marketing, E-Commerce and Web Content Management solutions. Provide documentation and support information to the 1st line support team upon project completion. Provide 2nd line support to the support team and visit customers periodically to provide onsite support.
